The morning before Halloween, I got a call from a couple who were throwing a Halloween party with the theme Famous Couples. They planned to be Pamela and Tommy Lee, and Kyle needed sleeves (tattoos on his entire arms). He came over Halloween morning and I drew on him using markers, with some photos of Tommy Lee as reference.
