		<description>I like the oddly-turned heel too. It makes it a little weird in a good way. You totally rock, Ellen. Your work is so distinctive, yet in such a subtle way. It&#039;s true also that there is always something gentle and loving about it. Do you ever do panel discussions or workshops for comics artists? I bet you&#039;d make a wicked-sweet mentor...I used to do comics in high school, then went into fine art, now am going through that early mid-life crisis, trying to figure out what the hell to do with myself and commit to something. You are definitely a humble inspiration along that path...Also, I love your comics. The Thanksgiving one is TOO ADORABLE and the Tamara Paris and Margaret Cho ones are just genius. I sent the links to some friends. Thank you for being so rad and making me laugh.
