“SSC” = safe, sane, and consensual. Another BDSM (bondage/ discipline/ dominant/ submissive/ sadochism/ masochism) acronym: “RACK”: risk-aware, consensual kink. A quick Google search came up with this description from the Vancouver Leather site.
