LUST News! Very Exciting Advance Copies!!!
I just drove up to Fantagraphics and got a couple hot-off-the-press advance copies – yay!!! – and I have one in my paws AT THIS MOMENT (…and, that’s a Spongebob band-aid on my thumb).
And here it is, ON MY SHELF! There’s a gold foil on the spine, too. I love a good spine!
Also: Playboy.com included LUST in their 2007 Holiday Gift Guide. Er, it isn’t supposed to be in stores until January. But anyway!

In one of my bookcases I have a copy of Tipper Gore’s Raising PG Kids in X-Rated Society on the top shelf. The lettering on the spine uses gold foil and when I’m zoning out on my sofa I’ll often stare across the room at that spine. One can not resist the allure of the shining gold.
But maybe I should replace it with Lust’s gold stars.
That is one fine cover and spine, and it is going to stand out nicely in any crowd on a shelf. Looking forward to my copy and hopefully to seeing you in Tucson for your book tour.
What an excellent book to get to sign, and how nice to be able to do your own cover, instead of having to be at the mercy of your publisher.
I have the same bandaids. Hopefully you have some pirate ones as well, wench.
