I decided long ago not to have a pseudonym to distinguish my work for kids from my work for adults. No separate websites, no separate business cards. And no separate blogs, which is actually starting to feel a little weird. Is it weird? I just figure people can sort it out for themselves.
Last Gasp’s Best Erotic Comics 2008 will be out next month. It includes two of my comics, plus I did the cover.

This is an intriguing question. I am curious about whether people seek you out for one aspect of your then are offended or weirded out by the other aspect. I think the offense could come in either order. But if it’s not happened, what would cause it to happen?

I don’t believe in censorship at all, but I do think it’s probably best to shield kids for as long as possible from stuff like the erotic ads in the free weeklies. It’s kind of sad when 7 year old kids are like “what’s fisting, Mom?”
I try to keep things sorted out as best as I can, to protect innocence for as long as possible. It’s getting harder and harder to do.
